What this is
Gabriela’s Hair Studio is a small, by-appointment hair-color studio in Bentonville, Arkansas. This page explains, in plain English, what information we keep about you and why. If anything here is unclear, text or email us and Gabriela will answer herself.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number, when you check in, book, or fill out a form on this site.
- Hair records: your color formula, hair notes, strand-test date, the services you’ve had, the products you bought, and your hair goals. These are the professional notes any good colorist keeps, written down instead of remembered.
- Results photos: with your OK, a photo of your finished color, saved to your profile so the next formula starts from the real result.
- Website basics: standard analytics about how this site is used (pages visited, device type). Nothing that identifies you personally.
How we use it
- To do your hair well, visit after visit.
- To email you a reminder when it’s time to book your next appointment.
- To email you the occasional seasonal promotion or opening. One click unsubscribes you from these, always.
- To reply when you contact us.
Where it lives
Your profile is kept in HubSpot, a customer-records service we use to run the studio, and is accessed only by Gabriela and the tools she uses to manage appointments and records. Photos are stored with your profile and are not posted anywhere public.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share it with other businesses for their marketing.
- We never post your results photo publicly without asking you separately, each time.
- We never text you marketing. Texts are for your appointments only, and only if you text us first or ask us to.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email we send.
- See, change or delete anything we have about you: text or email us and we’ll take care of it within a few days.
- Say no to photos at any time. Your hair record stays, the photos go.
